I’ve been on a mission to add more sports-based streetwear to my collection, so once Fanatics told me about the new NBA Hyperfly Katakana hoodies, I had to get my hands on one. Visually, the design is amazing. Hand-drawn Japanese lettering turned into cut & sew logos grace the chest and sleeves, unique to each team. The cut is very modern and a little on the slimmer side, in a good way. Plus, the overall quality is mind blowing. The hoodie is made with 20oz cotton! It’s so heavy and sturdy — exactly what I look for in any hoodie or sweatshirt. This is one that’ll definitely hold you down on those colder days without any issues. As far as team options go, they stuck with the most historic NBA teams out there — Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics.
