Standard Attire: Shades of Blue

This episode of Standard Attire features a few of my favorite pieces in my closet, all from UNIQLO! I’m rocking a super warm puffer jacket, tapered pants and a classic white oxford. Check the breakdown below.

Seamless Down Coat

Listen, this is the warmest coat I’ve ever owned. This jacket has held me down in snowy weather with nothing but a tee underneath, too. It’s a nice, thick version of your classic puffer parka without being too bulky. The jacket also buttons all the way up to your chin, so you’re covered and the front pockets are a nice touch. Dress it up or dress it down—you can’t lose.

EZY Dry-Ex Ankle-Length Pants

These pants will instantly give your closet a touch of class without breaking the bank. UNIQLO’s EZY ankle-length pants come in a few different styles, but these Dry-Ex take the cake. They have a good amount of stretch to them, plus dry sweat pretty quickly. I usually have to get my pants tailored, but these were good straight out of the packaging. For $30, I highly recommend.

Ladies, I’ve also seen the women’s version of these in person. Same quality and same class.

Oxford Slim-Fit Long-Sleeve Shirt

This is your standard, no-nonsense white oxford—an essential piece I think everyone should own. The material’s pretty thick, but still comfortable. Straight to the point.
