Fenty Skin Fat Water Toner Serum - First Impressions

I finally got my hands on the Fenty Skin Fat Water Toner Serum. I kept my expectations pretty chill until I could try it for myself. I’m a design guy, so before I even tried the product, I can definitely say I appreciate the packaging design — especially the twist & click top. Super cool. Applying the actual product left me slightly underwhelmed. My face looked good, but felt weird as hell. It’s almost like it felt tight (in a non-good way), without leaving me dry. Kinda hard to explain. After my individual toner and serum use from other brands, typically I’m bright, soft and moisturized. This didn’t really hit those same marks 100%. The main reason I think? The witch hazel, especially being the second ingredient right after water. It kinda reminds me of pure witch hazel with a thicker consistency. The fragrance didn’t bother me. It actually has a very very faint witch hazel smell, which isn’t anything at all. Overall, it’s okay. I wouldn’t cop again, but I’m not mad when I use it. I hope this helps!
